Your work profile
As a Manager in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
- PMO Strategy and Governance:
- Develop, implement, and refine enterprise-wide PMO frameworks, processes, and tools to support the Risk Management delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards, enabling consistent quality and project success metrics.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering insights into project portfolio health, risks, and opportunities.
- Agile Program Management:
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies, driving efficiency and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery of Agile artifacts with precision and quality.
- Establish and monitor Agile metrics to track team performance, velocity, and sprint progress.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow project portfolios, including scoping, resource planning, milestone tracking, and delivery.
- Develop robust project roadmaps that align with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) to manage workflows, dependencies, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates and strategic insights into project progress and risks.
- Proactively resolve backlogs, escalate critical issues, and maintain transparency with all stakeholders.
- Curate decision libraries and project repositories to ensure traceability and alignment with project deliverables.
- Resource and Financial Management:
- Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing workloads and ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Lead budget management activities, reconciling forecasts with actuals and reporting financial performance to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to track billable hours, ensuring accuracy for invoicing and profitability tracking.
- Business Analysis and Requirements Management:
- Partner with business analysts to gather and document complex business requirements, identifying pain points and translating them into actionable plans.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SOWs (Statements of Work) aligned with project objectives.
- Risk Management and Reporting:
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines.
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights on project KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
Desired qualifications
- 7/8+ years in Project/Program Management roles, with at least 3-5 years in Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA, Confluence is must.
- BFSI experience is must.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM), or ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Pune
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
