Job Description
- Knowledge and hands on experience of Insurance industry
- Execute manual and automated test cases for insurance products and systems (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, etc.).
- Identify, document, and track defects in test management tools, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Exposure to End-to-End Testing
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical skills – To be able to document process flows, analyses and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent Communication (written / verbal) & co-ordination skills.
- Ability to generate reports to suit all audience. The reports should be coherent, accurate and should help management decision making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between business requirements and test execution.
- Provide expert advice on test execution, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies related to insurance systems.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to insurance testing and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Planning, organizing and prioritization skills.
- Quick to embrace and adopt Change, in a dynamically challenging environment.
- Thorough and methodical in approach

- Working Knowledge of tools like QC, Confluence and JIRA
