Job Title: T&T - Customer- CS&D - WPB - Retail
Role Description:
- Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
- Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
- Should have excellent experience in Retail Banking & Mobile banking/mobile apps
- Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
- Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to articulate change management experience
- Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
- Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices
Domain Experience: Retail Banking & Mobile Banking/Mobile Apps:
- Overall, needs to exhibit excellent knowledge in any of the Retail Banking areas
- Should have experience on executing projects in Mobile apps/Mobile Banking for the Retail Banking modules.
- Must have been a part of banking app design/rollout and launch.
- Must have global stakeholder management experience.
- In App Messaging, Cards, Money Management, Insurance, Rewards, Wealth, homepage, accounts, payments, messaging services, Help FAQs, Profile & Settings - few modules of mobile app related project that candidate might have worked on
