Job Description: Project Management is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects by managing resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project objectives and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project success.

A.     Key accountabilities:

·      Project planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, readiness, and reporting of medium to large projects and/or small programs (typically $2M-$4M).

·      Advanced project management and program management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications

·      Understands, applies, promotes, and contributes to Voya delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.

·      Operational and business readiness experience

·      Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness strategy and plan; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the adoption strategy

·      Deliver training programs and materials to support user adoption.

·      Work with cross functional teams and other lines of business e.g., Finance, tax, others

·      Drive business for change adoption; gather/elicit specific business needs and issues

·      Project and program management skillsets

 

B.     Skills & Requirements:

1.      Specific exp. In Investment Management, Wealth Management and Insurance – not investment banking

2.      8+ years of experience in project management, change management, or business readiness.

3.      Target hiring from companies including StateStreet, Bank of NY Mellon, BlackRock for IM profiles

4.      Certifications in Project Management (PMP/CAPM/Prince 2), Agile/Scrum Certifications preferred (CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP)

5.      Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

6.      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7.      Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

8.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

9.      Experience in developing programs, resource plans, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps

10.  Knowledge of or ability to work with common PM software tools such as Clarity PPM, Jira, Confluence, Trello, PlanView, SalesForce, SNOW, as per client’s systems landscape

11.  Experience working with IT leadership and coordinating focused programs and plans

12.  Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
