Job Title:  Senior Consultant | DevOps | Pune | Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our fledging DevOps Practice. You will play a pivotal role in automating and streamlining our infrastructure and deployment processes. Your expertise in Terraform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and CI/CD will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to manage and provision infrastructure on GCP.
• CI/CD Pipeline: Design, implement, and maintain custom CI/CD pipelines using scripting languages.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Leverage GCP services (Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes, etc.) to deploy and manage applications.
• Automation: Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Terraform and GCP
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) for CI/CD pipeline automation
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Preferred Skills:
• GoLang programming experience
• Python programming experience
