Job Title: Manager | SAP ARIBA | Delhi CEC | SAP
SAP Ariba Professional should have:
Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans for large SAP implementation projects, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successfully to plan
- Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project scope
- Manage project scope and utilize appropriate change control mechanisms, from inception to closure
- Prepare team for project kickoff, develop a collaborative culture, and provide coaching to optimize performance
- Track and report project progress, in an objective and consistent manner
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues, leveraging escalation processes as appropriate
- Identify key internal and external project stakeholders, clarify roles/responsibilities, and employ communication strategies, to ensure stakeholder support and satisfaction
- Strong experience in SAP Activate methodology (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with organization change management methods (e. g., process definition, communications, training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, internally and externally
Technical Knowledge:
· Experienced Ariba professionals with at least 9+ years of relevant experience
- Should have worked on at least 4 end-to-end full-fledged Ariba implementations. Support experience is not preferred
- Hands-on experience in implementation of Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided buying, Commerce Automation, Supply Chain Collaboration or Digital supplier network along with CIG.
- Functional knowledge of source to pay, procurement, and catalog management software package being deployed (SAP Ariba)
- Working knowledge of systems integration practices including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong understanding of the cloud software development lifecycle including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
· Should have functional knowledge of SAP MM.
- Experience using project management tools for maintaining scope, schedule, and budget
Quality Management:
- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
- Clearly articulate delivery process and deliverable expectations
- Incorporate an appropriate level of quality audits and testing, into every project phase
- Regularly review consultant work, provide improvement feedback, and drive accountability, to deliver committed work on time and as specified
- Conduct 'lessons learned' reviews and provide feedback, to improve future performance
