Work you’ll do

Responsibilities typical of a Assistant Manager on one of these projects could include:

 

  • Play a key role in the process mining implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the client’s pain points
  • Use process mining technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the client and help them drive significant value out of using process mining
  • Translate Client’s strategic objectives into high-impact process mining use cases
  • Lead business value workshops and use process mining to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement and derive improvement measures in finance, sales, procurement, and/or other major business functions
  • Understand and able to interpret business processes and can easily stay on top of things despite their complexity
  • Conduct Process Mining and Process Modelling using data-driven, automated, visualization tools
  • Facilitate client interviews and client meetings to understand the business processes, request data and collect key performance metrics
  • Define ideal processes and quantify impact of process changes (e.g., automation, outsourcing)
  • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations
  • Implement process transformation with opportunities identified and prioritized    
  • Project management across the end-to-end lifecycle of an engagement
  • Design deliverable content to reflect analyses conducted and recommendations
  • Present findings to client leadership
  • Anticipate risks associated with timely and high-quality delivery of project and escalate the same to project management and leadership
  • Mentor junior staff

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
  • 3-4 years of professional or consulting experience
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience working as SAP functional consultant in FI/CO, MM, SD module
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with process mining, process mapping, process transformation, process sustainability
  • Understanding of data structures in SAP ERP system
  • Working knowledge/understanding of databases, ETL and SQL skills required to deliver process mining projects
  • Working knowledge of one or more tools used in the process mining and process transformation space, e.g.:  Signavio (SAP Solution Manager), Celonis, Process Gold (Uipath)
  • Coding using Python or any other programming language will be preferred
  • Exposure to connecting host applications like SAP Ariba, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Servicenow (SNOW)
  • Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

 

Preferred

  • Data Science or Industrial Engineering degree a plus
  • Hands on experience with next gen technologies including RPA
  • Hands on experience with data visualization tools
  • Broad knowledge of ERP systems
  • Desktop activity mining experience
  • Professional experience with project management and program analysis
  • Professional competence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Access
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
