Responsibilities:

 

Solution Identification, Design and Implementation

 

• Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using the selected RPA platform. This will involve managing a team of analysts but will also be required to be “hands-on” to some degree.

• As part of Project Sprint, play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business

• Working with the project team and business SMEs break down and analyse existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution

• As RPA Delivery, responsible for the ongoing support of the RPA Solutions and the quality of service and performance

• Design and maintain high performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels

• Monitor, support and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented Technical Competences

 

Requirement:

 

• 3-4 years’ experience working with RPA UiPath

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a leading role within technical work streams or .Net / RPA / data analytics

• Candidates must have experience of analysis and design of business processes Technical Knowledge

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

• Highly PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word

• Knowledge and experience in RPA and Data Analytics essentia
