Should be able to manage the day to day execution of the support engagement with the team and coordinate with the key stakeholders at customer Manage proper Shift handover between resources of each shift Perform Shift Planning including Rostering, maintaining holiday and leave calendars, plan backups, rotations, etc. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Status reporting to key stakeholders SLA Measruement and Reporting on the support tickets Knowledge of ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) |
