Key Responsibilities:


- Project Implementation: Manage the implementation of contract lifecycle management solutions, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to customers.

- Customer Engagement: Gather project requirements, analyze customer needs, and communicate regularly to ensure smooth project execution.

- Demonstrations & Presentations: Lead product demos and present features to customers, assisting with post-project activities and introducing new features when necessary.

- Problem Solving: Identify barriers to project success and provide solutions to optimize the customer experience.

- Post-Project Support: Deliver support for ongoing maintenance, configuration updates, and feature enhancements after the initial project delivery.

- Collaboration: Secure resources to support the implementation and maintain constant communication with both internal teams and customers.

- Documentation: Draft project scopes, timelines, and effort estimates for each engagement to ensure clarity and agreement from all parties.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Contract Lifecycle Management Expertise: Experience with Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management or similar CLM solutions.

- Customer Relationship Management: Strong background in managing customer relationships, particularly in a software/tech environment.

- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and professionally.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively find solutions to enhance project delivery.

- Technical Acumen: Background in IT, including knowledge of software systems and the ability to work with technical teams on system configuration and optimization.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Functional Consultant or Customer Relation Advisor, preferably in the technology or software sectors.

- Proven experience in implementing and managing contract management software (Sirion or similar).

- Certifications in Sirion Certified CLM Consultant, Sirion Certified CLM Professional, etc. are highly desirable.
