Your work profile
As a Manager in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
UX/UI design with Employee Experience Lens

- Support and implement design strategy and vision for the user interfaces and user experience of digital products of clients aligning them with the company's brand and user expectations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm business objectives and define user objectives and flows
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders with the employee experience lens
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct user research, user interviews and usability sessions to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Translate feature requirements into interactive and visual designs
- Understand end-user behaviour (desktop, mobile & tablet), and best practices with respect to interfaces
- Ability to work with UX/UI designer to design new concepts through wire-framing, journey mapping and prototypes to convey functionality and conceptual ideas
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve UX related challenges/ issues
- Guide the UX/UI designer to build user-experiences from wireframes and written specifications to user interface mock-ups and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from real users, analyse user behaviour, and use data-driven insights to improve the usability and effectiveness
Operational delivery

- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Assist in proposal development, as requested.
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients
- Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead
- Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions
- Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery
- Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives – additional responsibilities
Desired qualifications
- Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes
- Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a digital role, ideally at a specialist level
- Experience in professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Working knowledge of design software and wireframe tools
- Strong creative background to support UX methodologies
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Experience in building functional requirements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure
- Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
- Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or other relevant field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Mumbai (preferred)
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
