Your work profile
As a Manager in our <DCM:CS&AD> Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Manage medium/large sized teams across complex digital transformation engagements, leveraging relationships at executive levels
- Anticipate market and competitor trends to develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiate Deloitte with clients
- Assist with Business Development activities across the practice in activities such as identification, proposal/solution development, and help with pursuits at key clients while working with appropriate Deloitte stakeholders from internal service lines/industries
- Act as a mentor and a role model for leaders across levels; promoting a strong sense of loyalty and followership while energizing others to act
- The Enterprise Architect will have experiences in applying architectural principles and practices to guide client organizations through the business, information, process, and technology changes necessary to execute their strategies.
- Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise architecture to support digital transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and communicating technology strategy and digital architecture as part of the digital transformation initiatives in Financial Services or Consumer industries
- Thorough understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, DevOps methodology, security, business processes and architectural designs (Layered / Microservices / Event-driven / Microkernel / Space-based / etc.) to drive business and digital transformation
- Must have managed multiple cross-functional teams and delivered at least two transformation projects end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing cloud-native enterprise solutions hosted on public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / SFDC / etc.)
- Strong technical acumen across the enterprise architecture domain, including modern web app architecture, cloud-native application design patterns, security, microservices architecture, integration, security, scalability & interoperability
- Ability to define and document architecture, capture Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), prepare estimates, and define technical solutions to proposals (RFPs)
- Ability to analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business
- Manage stakeholders outside the team as required

- Base location: Mumbai
- This profile does involve extensive travel for work.
