The Team The Tax Growth Team is one of the core pillars of the Tax function of Deloitte India. The objective of the Tax Growth function is to stimulate growth and enhance sales in Tax through various initiatives and programs including but not limited to driving revenue programs based on solutions needed by clients from time to time, conceptualizing and driving sales bursts to tap market demand and driving other initiatives such as improving referrals and collaboration within the firm. The CGO team is looking to recruit a Senior Consultant, Sales Excellence to help support revenue programs, sales bursts, Pursuit COE and other sales related initiatives. The primary objectives of candidate are to support the Clients & Industries teams to suppot revenue programs, other sales bursts and initiatives. The ideal candidate will help managerial and senior resources within the team to drive revenue growth by developing, qualifying and collaborating on opportunities and leveraging the appropriate specialists/resources within the firm to this end. The candidate will be responsible for providing operational support in overall program management of the revenue programs, Pursuit COE and sales initiatives. The Tax practice is witnessing significant growth and complexity involving technology, analytics and other business transformation initiatives. To this end, the ideal candidate shall preferably bring demonstrable hands on experience in pre-sales in a Tax environment. Given this context, the role of the candidate would be as below:
Your work profile :
• Support in developing drive strategies and plans for revenue programs and sales initiatives, together with the concerned Managers, Partners and Directors
• Support in conducting a detailed market scanning with the objective of identifying target clients, regions across the spectrum, gauge potential revenue plan and to assist the relevant tax stakeholders with a view to achieve alignment.
• Provide operational programme management support in managing the entire process from identification of target clients, liaison with concerned stakeholder, program owners, calendar management and tracking outcomes of meetings
• Help in holding internal meetings as required to track progress of revenue programs and other sales initiatives
• Build relationship with various concerned stakeholders at all levels as required within the firm
• Perform research on clients, sectors and other elements as required from time to time
• Provide operational & process related support to revenue program owners and other Partners and Directors involved in Sales Excellence initiatives from time to time
• Provide process level support to drive internal workshops on key accounts / revenue programs / sales initiatives
• Deliver in-depth research for various strategic initiatives undertaken by the team
• Liaise with senior team members as well as senior stakeholders in the organization to collate data and analyze information
• Leverage research, analysis and business knowledge to identify trends and provide relevant updates to team members/relevant stakeholders
• Support team members and senior stakeholders in the preparation and execution of programs and sprints
• Support team members and senior stakeholder in the drafting and dissemination of key communications and initiatives
• Constantly strive to learn about the Firm’s businesses and internal processes
• Independently track the progress of ongoing projects and propose action points
• Schedule and document stakeholder discussions
