- Assess existing data sources, target systems, and data quality.
- Develop comprehensive data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Strong proficiency in SDI and SDQ technologies to carry out ETL and data quality tasks
- Conduct thorough data profiling and quality assessments on source data using SDQ
- Design and implement data cleansing and enrichment processes as part of the migration workflow
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements
- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes specific to data migration requirements using SDI
- Create and optimize data transformation logic to align source data with target system structures
- Implement data validation checks at various stages of the migration process
- Develop and execute data loading into target systems.
- Develop and execute data reconciliation procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data
- Monitor and troubleshoot data loading issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders
- Develop reusable assets and templates specific to data migration projects
