Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Fusion Financials, AHCS | Mumbai | Oracle

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Financials, specifically Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). The ideal candidate should preferably hold a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification or have significant financial domain experience. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence is an added advantage. This is a client-facing role that requires independent project management, leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud projects with a focus on AHCS and FAH.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requirements gathering, solution design, and driving successful implementations.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Develop and configure solutions within Oracle Financials, ensuring the integration and customization of AHCS and FAH modules align with client business processes.
• Project Planning & Execution: Independently manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project execution.
• Financial Expertise: Utilize strong financial and accounting knowledge, preferably as a CA, to advise clients on best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Tool Utilization: Use tools like Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, key milestones, and potential challenges.
• Client Training & Support: Provide post-implementation support and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the Oracle Cloud solution.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and process improvements in the implementation of Oracle Financials, focusing on maximizing value for the client.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with a specific focus on Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or significant experience in financial and accounting domains is highly preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in delivering client-facing projects and managing client relationships.
• Ability to independently drive Oracle Cloud implementations from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
