Work you’ll do

 

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing the capital / RWA computation for the Banks / NBFCs in line with regulatory requirements
  • Development / Enhancement / Review of ICAAP
  • Pillar I and Pillar II risk quantification
  • Enterprise stress testing
  • Assist in technology implementation (For eg. OFSAA module for CAPAD) for CAPAD, ICAAP and other risk types
  • Be part of the team to assist the client in designing the strategies to optimize the capital, balance sheet optimization
  • Assist in reviewing/ enhancing and developing the stress testing framework along with calculations and impact on profitability and capital
  • Contribute to broader projects involving capital management expertise, such as counterparty credit risk, ICAAP, Stress Test, risk based performance measurement techniques, etc

 

Requirement:

  • 2-8 years of hand-on experience with Capital adequacy, RWA calculation, CAPAD reporting, ICAAP, Stress testing
  • Have regulatory knowledge in the context of Basel II/III, ICAAP, SACCR, etc.

 

Qualifications

 

  • CA/MBA/Similar along with FRM (preferred)
