The Team
Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.
Work you’ll do
- Develop and validate ERM and operational risk management policies and framework covering:
- Risk appetite and Key risk indicators and relevant thresholds
- risk identification and assessment
- understanding of processes and controls (SOP documentation)
- RCSAs
- risk assessment matrixes
- understating on risk and controls scoring
- developing and review of mitigating and monitoring tools for ORM/ ERM
- Incident Management and Loss data management
- Capital computation for operational risk
- Control testing
- Score cards for other non-financial risk areas (Compliance, reputational risk, etc.)
General requirements
- Experience in Operational risk and/ or ERM
- Understating of banking operations and process
- Should have hands-on experience of using tools such RCSAs, KRIs, loss data management, risk heat maps, etc.
Academic qualifications
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Finance from premier institutes required. Graduates (B.Com or equivalent) with relevant experience can also be considered.
Soft skills and desired characteristics
- Ability to work comfortably at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with high level executives in a range of environments.
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned role in a highly diverse service lines working across industry verticals. Must possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Committed, hardworking individuals willing to spend hours on research
- The individual must possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work
- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
- Diplomatic, flexible and have a good team approach.
Qualifications
- CA/MBA/Similar along with FRM (preferred)
