Work you’ll do   

  

The position is responsible for leading teams to deliver solution offerings primarily related to Enterprise Risk Management, and Corporate Governance.

The candidate must have an understanding about Enterprise Risk Management, COSO 2017 ERM, ISO31000 Frameworks and experience in implementing ERM framework for customers covering development of the risk policy, risk management framework, research around the company and industry, risk registers.  Should also have experience covering process documentation, identifying process risks and controls, performing control testing, audits and report writing.

Candidate must have team management capabilities – experience of managing team size ranging between 5-8 people.

Candidate must have experience in sales pitches – development of a proposal document, effort estimation

 

The key skills required are as follows:

  

 Key Responsibilities:           

  • Managing end to end projects relating to ERM implementation.
  • Project planning, ensuring deliverables meet agreed contractual requirement.
  • Research around the client and industry to gather insights into trends, key risks, SWOT analysis.
  • Discussions with Senior personnel and CXOs at the client organization
  • Collaborating with cross functional SMEs
  • Assessing risks, developing mitigation strategies for key risks
  • Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
  • Driving closure of deliverables with the clients
  • Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.
  • Execution of client engagement related to internal control, process risk, process compliance and reviews, standard operating procedures, KPI mapping.
  • Sales Support - Sales lead generations, working on proposals, effort estimation, research
  • Corporate Governance

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree  a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Eligibility criteria and requirements:

  • 3 -10 years of experience in Risk Management
  • Chartered Accountant / MBA (Strategy or Finance)
  • Understanding of business processes, internal control concepts, business risk, control frameworks
  • Exposure to internal audits, enterprise risk management, process reviews / transformation, standard operating procedure design, risk assessment and other risk management engagement
  • Knowledge of process gaps identification, IFC, Companies Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act,
