The Team
 

Deloitte Capital Adequacy is a modern, enterprise-class software solution developed to enable banks to deal effectively with the challenges posed by the current (CRD IV / CRR) and upcoming (CRD V / CRR II, Basel IV) capital adequacy regulations. Its functional design draws on learning gained from our experience in helping banks address challenges posed by the regulations. Its architecture brings modern technologies to the software platform which we have developed and successfully used to implement various analytical solutions for our banking clients.

As an Assistant Manager in our Financial Risk Advisory team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectation.

Job Description

Position – Asset Liability Management

 

Accountabilities:

  1. Help clients develop an ALM framework (governance, policy, risk limits, process, etc.)
  2. Support client in understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements and best practices around ALM
  3. Help define ALM management principles develop or validate ALM models (Behaviroal models), measurement techniques (EaR, IRRBB, impact on market value of equity)
  4. Assist client in reviewing / enhancing/ developing  fund transfer pricing (FTP) framework
  5. Be part of technology implementation projects related to ALM and FTP

 

Requirement:

  1. 8-15 yrs of professional experience in a banking environment and involved in Asset Liability Management (Liquidity risk, Interest Rate risk and Fund Transfer Pricing)
  2. CA/MBA/Similar along with FRM (preferred)
  3. Have regulatory knowledge in the context of ALM management (IRRBB, liquidity, interest rate risk, governance principles, etc.)
