Work you’ll do

The key job responsibilities include the following:

  • Onsite Software license reviews for multiple publishers such as IBM, Oracle, VMware and others
  • Perform Software License Management advisory services for our clients.
  • Implementation of tools such as ILMT and other Software Asset Management (SAM) tools available in the market.
  • Assist clients with SAM process framework trainings
  • Software license optimisation for our advisory clients

 

The key skills required are as follows:

  • Experience in working with publishers such as Microsoft, IBM, Autodesk, Oracle, Adobe, Siemens, Dassault Systemes etc.
  • Experience in working on software license advisory engagements for various clients
  • Independently led multiple advisory engagements
  • Implementation/Management of SAM tools such as Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro and Snow Software
  • 4-5 years of client facing experience dealing with CXOs across various sectors
  • Willing to explore new and emerging solutions such as cloud license optimisation, IBM Cloud Pak Installation, Shadow IT application reviews etc
  • Good technical documentation skills and understanding of SAM processes

Qualification

  • B. Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology is preferred) or MCA
  • 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in Software Asset Management
  • Any certification on SAM tools such as Flexera, ServiceNow, ILMT or certifications such as Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) will be an added advantage
