Responsibilities:
- Managing IT support including VIP users at site level and reporting to central IT operations.
- Handling site level escalations in IT operations including VIP users.
- Meeting IT & Security compliance requirements as per the firm standard at site level.
- Onsite IT Operations health check & status reporting to Reporting Manager. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Documentation Creation & Maintenance at Site level: SOPs, Knowledge Articles, Operations related processes.
- Preparing MIS at site level for various activities, projects and vendor performance.
- Site level coordination with IT operations related vendors.
- Site level IT Asset Management: Closely working with FMS vendor. Asset reporting which includes,
- Stock & Allocation Report
- Scheduled Replacement Report
- Identifying new requirements of IT assets
- Maintenance and updating asset records in real-time
- Supporting Network & Server related activities at site level coordinating with the central team.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Windows OS and Desktop troubleshooting, EU backup solutions (Commvault/Druva), Incident & Request management, IT asset management, Reporting, Service improvements.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree from Govt. approved university.
Certifications: ITIL, IT/Computer Science in case of Graduation in non-IT stream, Server Administration (Optional), Networking (Optional).
Experience required:
3-5 years of overall experience
