Job Title: Senior Executive 

Location: Mumbai 

Ethics Team: Focus on the ethics program of the firm which includes ethics policies & Code of Conduct, training & communications, ethics case management, monitoring and compliances activities, etc. 

Job description:

• Policies: Assist in developing, updating and rolling out policies on ethics
• Trainings –

• Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities such as meetings, trainings.
• Manage follow up and completion of trainings

• Ethics case management: assist in the inquiry of the ethics cases reported, taking minutes of the meetings, arranging for meetings, report preparation, follow up on implementation of action plan and other related matters
• Compliance & monitoring: Assist in compliance and monitoring activities 
• Regular correspondence and liaising with various business teams/stakeholders
• Assist in completion of various ethics team activities i.e. results analysis, presentations, etc.

Qualification, experience, and competencies required:

• Master’s degree in human resources / LLB
• Atleast 2 years of work experience
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Adept in Microsoft – word, excel and presentation
