- Server build and strong troubleshooting knowledge.
- Hardening and patching .
- IIS , cluster, VM configuration & troubleshooting knowledge.
- Backup solution , running , troubleshooting.
- RAID configuration.
- GPO configuration.
- Vendor coordination , for hardware or application failure.
- Basic knowledge of DB – SQL or others.
- Linux or Unix knowledge will give more advantages.
- Liaise with internal and external tech and business person.
- Documentation for SOP.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP
- Server migration on OS or hardware level.
- Certificate enrollment
- PS and VB script knowledge.
