Primary purpose of the role:

Augmenting the capacity to meet the current and planned increase in work load. |
Major responsibilities & deliverables: |
Dealing with Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA (compliance and advisory) for looking after our firm’s internal compliance and advisory related work etc. Skill in filing forms with MCA, coordination with MCA and other regulators and vendors of the firm is required. Fluent in written and spoken English. Should be able to meet stringent timelines, should be a leaner and have an innovative bend of mind and willing to adapt and work within four corners of the laws. Should be able to draft / review / comment legal documents, minutes of meeting, co-ordinate for setting up of meetings etc. |
