Work you’ll do

Primary purpose of the role: Network Infrastructure - Operations & Support – Deloitte India Member Firm Offices.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Wireless, Routing & Switching infrastructure across Deloitte India Member Firm offices & datacenter.
2. Monitor MPLS/WAN/LAN connectivity across Deloitte India Member Firm offices & datacenter
3. Troubleshoot network infrastructural/operational issues to maintain optimal network performance per Deloitte requirements.
4. Troubleshoot & Collaborate with Vendors/TAC/Support teams, for multi-platform & multi-vendor issues to identify problem & root cause, scope/responsibility & resolution.
5. Manage network infrastructure patch deployment & version upgrades, to meet vulnerability standard & change management compliance 
6. Collaborate with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business teams & provide assistance/support for network incidents/requests.
7. Supervise/Maintain network inventory, documentation & MIS reports to meet Network operations processes/procedures compliance. 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

1. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills. 
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
4. Experience in Network Infrastructure Monitoring & Management.
5. Previous experience working as a Network Administrator.
6. In-depth knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security.
7. In-depth knowledge & experience with Cisco Routers, Switches & Wireless Controllers.
8. Knowledge of Network monitoring tool.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

Experience required:

5+ Years of overall experience in enterprise network, with minimum 3 years in Cisco environment.
