Work you’ll do
As the Internal Marketing and Brand Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent representation of the brand across all internal communications and marketing efforts. Your keen eye for detail, language, passion for branding, and adeptness at fostering collaboration will be vital in maintaining the brand's integrity and driving our firm's success
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives to drive employee engagement and create a strong brand culture within the organisation.
- Develop and deliver internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations, to keep employees informed about brand-related updates.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate the brand identity into various employee engagement programmes.
- Oversee and manage the content repository to ensure all brand assets and marketing materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal stakeholders.
- Work with content creators to ensure the brand's messaging is consistent and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal marketing initiatives and brand governance efforts.
Requirement: We are looking for you…apply if you…
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in content management
- Knowledge about Canva or other design tools and PPT is a must.
- Proficient in content management systems or digital signage software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyse data to drive improvements in content effectiveness active and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
