Work you’ll do

At Deloitte, you would be part of a fast-paced team providing end to end solution to business functions and internal verticals

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal partners to understand and evaluate business requirements.
• Provide findings and analysis to take informed business decisions.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality
• Apply the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to increase our current models' performance.
• Contribute to the product road map and planning.
• Develop and maintain software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate data sets.
• Optimize pipelines for data intake, validation, and mining as well as modelling and visualization by applying best practices to the engineering of large data sets.

As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

• Minimum of 4-7 years of related work experience.
• Master's degree in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science)
• Strong software engineering practices and is very comfortable with Python programming, debugging/profiling, and version control.
• Experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning theory and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience with data science tools including numpy, scipy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Jupiter notebooks.
• Experience in collecting and manipulating structured and unstructured data from multiple data systems (on-premises, cloud-based data sources, APIs, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Experience in software development environment and code management or versioning.
• Experience in taking the models to Production using Cloud Technologies.
• Good to have – Knowledge on Gen AI.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
