Role -Executive / Sr Executive for Reputation & Risk Office

Team: Brand Risk, Regulatory and Anti-Corruption Compliances

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: LLB

  

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics from the perspective of operations (Other than independence)
  • Ensuring compliance with DTTL communications minimum expectations from the risk perspective
  • Ensuring compliance with the policy on the protection and use of the Deloitte brand
  • Coordinating with the Brand & Communication team (BCT) on various initiatives and support as an enabling function in clearing the communications from a brand risk perspective
  • Clear concepts and designs of campaigns received from BCT from the risk perspective
  • Clear internal, and external communications from the risk perspective considering the regulatory aspects
  • Clear thought papers, press releases, articles and other external communications from the risk perspective
  • Handling a high volume of requests received in this regard
  • Monthly calls with the stakeholders to obtain a list of proposed marketing activities
  • Coordinating with the respective teams to discuss risk-mitigating strategies and create concept notes and standard operating procedures
  • Create an activity calendar based on discussions with various stakeholders
  • Preparing alerts and communications for any update in the regulatory environment
  • Drafting Goals and Activities for the Brand risk profile
  • Conducting training to create awareness, Preparing Dashboards and Monitoring Activities
  • As an additional profile with regard to Anti-Corruption Compliances.
