This is your opportunity to join Deloitte's Transaction Services practice, within our rapidly growing Indian joint venture division.


The Team

This team works on 2 unique profiles i.e., Global Mobility and Learning & Development for the Deloitte India Joint Venture business.


We offer wide range of support to the businesses on their mobility and learning needs.

Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs across service lines and tailor the training content to suit our business needs. Designing virtual / classroom learning courses, career plans, workshops and more. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.

We offer extensive support in setting up of the international secondment and we are the point of contact for the entire secondment lifecycle for both our professionals and businesses. This team interacts with Deloitte teams across the globe for mobility and learning related matters.


Work you’ll do


  • Responsible for scheduling trainings
  • Maintaining learning data for DIJV wide soft skill trainings
  • Training vendor clearances
  • Be point of contact for onboarding compliance activity for new joiners
  • Ensuring completion of compliance activities
  • Updating mobility records
  • Audit of mobility documents such signed assignment letter & IFA
  • Preparing first cut for mobility data
  • Vendor invoice clearances
  • Helping on paperwork for vendors
