Work you’ll do


Job description

Your role will focus on generating new business and the management and delivery of client engagements. In this role, will be responsible for engagement delivery, leading and managing high performance teams and individuals, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.


you are responsible for


  • You will manage and develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters
  • Supporting Partners and sector leaders for business development and driving deal origination
  • Managing strong relationships with clients, investors, vendors, etc.
  • Responsible for development of techno-commercial proposals and offers to clients as part of the business development and deal origination activity.
  • End to end transaction execution, including ensuring risk protocol, negotiating transaction documents, Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements, information memorandums, managing client presentations etc.
  • Develop thought leaderships across products and sectors; mentor the team on market trends and developments 
  • Ensure high quality deliverables
  • Guide the team and show extremely high level of commitment for winning new projects and driving transaction closures
  • You shall be responsible for preparation/review of financial models and transaction collaterals such as information memorandum
  • You shall be responsible for preparation/review of transaction documents and support the team through all stages of the transaction or project execution
  • Determine project milestones and indicative timelines; prepare and guide the team in meeting project milestones



Candidates from other premier Investment Banks or Big 4 will be preferred.




  • Post Graduate in commerce, management, accounts, finance with a MBA / CA / CFA
  • Preferably 8 to 12 Years of relevant investment banking, equity research or private equity experience
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus and attention to conciseness and to detail
  • Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to own the model throughout the transaction process
  • Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
  • Good understanding of transaction documents and key negotiation items
  • Focused on high quality service
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in written & verbal English
  • High commitment to deliver on every transaction process
  • Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
