Work you’ll do
As a Manager in our G&PS team, you’ll assist the CSR and Government/ International Donor Organizations (IDOs) across various services from improving last mile delivery to the assessment & evaluation of services provided. You will work on solutions that are innovative, technology driven and tailor made to meet specific requirements of the government and IDOs. You’ll:

Quickly develop an understanding of the overall assignment objectives, deliverables and process flows

Provide quality deliverables (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) within agreed timescales, briefing Director/ Partner

Conduct key stakeholder meetings within corporate CSR functions, Government departments and with sectoral experts
-
Supervise and coach other team members while ensuring quality and timely deliverables

Carry out large scale surveys/studies/monitoring and evaluation, which involves Designing relevant M&E frameworks with key parameters, appropriate research methodology, survey plan, survey tools, and sampling strategy

Conduct meta-analysis, desk review of existing data, supporting documentation, primary and secondary research

Help clients in policy formulation and evaluation with developing relevant recommendations and solutions

Conduct workshops with key stakeholders

Build client relationships and understand their requirements; prepare quality business proposals and client-ready presentations

Explore new opportunities/leads for the practice

Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations

Manage various clients from Corporate CSRs, Central, State government and autonomous bodies to large national and International Donor Organizations
Qualifications and other professional skills required
-
Post-Graduation in Management from Tier-I or Tier II Institutions of repute in India or global.

Any certification in M&E / CSR would have an added advantage
-
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Consulting / CSR / M&E / Government advisory with reputed organisations

Experience with large scale surveys/studies/evaluation/assessment would be an advantage
-
Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
-
Strong data handling and analytical skills; exposure to advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
-
Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in English with strong presentation and analytical thinking skills

Proven team management skills with ability to work well across teams

Sound Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and other IT skills

Willingness to travel within India or abroad for timely delivering engagements
