Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and regular updating of Partnership Deeds
2. FEMA advisory and compliances

Outward investments / contracts / IWRF

Inward remittances in form of royalty, fees

Annual compliances

Coordination

3. Oversight of compliances of overseas offices, JV and WOS

List of compliances to be performed

Timelines for compliances

Appointment of local advisors

Confirmation of compliances

4. ICAI

Filings with ICAI

Brand and communication related compliances

5. Companies Act and LLP laws

Advisory and compliance

Filings with the ROC

6. Single point co-ordination between various stakeholders
