Work you’ll do
As part of the Talent team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for building broad relationships across businesses and cluster countries at leadership and management levels.
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Build broad relationships across businesses and cluster countries at leadership and management levels including Business COOs, Service Line leaders and Enabling Area leaders.
- Establish trust with Businesses and Enabling Areas and help them adapt to technology solutions delivered by IT
- Participate in Business strategy meetings and suggest solutions to meet their short term operational and long-term strategic objectives.
- Provide heads-up to businesses on firm-wide IT initiatives and get their buy-ins. Also, convey suggestions/concerns from businesses to the concerned pillar leader in IT.
- Manage a team of business analysts to capture system requirements correctly and ensure that the programs are run as digital transformation and not automation. Ensure higher adoption of deployed IT applications.
- Foster a practitioner-centric culture in IT
- Implement and maintain a client experience program across IT with stakeholders and practitioners
- Gather feedback from businesses and enabling areas after the launch of IT initiatives and take a corrective action, if any.
- Manage business application portfolio by assigning it to different individuals and keeping track of effectiveness of applications.
- Conduct periodic review meeting with business/enabling area designated leaders
Requirement:
Leadership Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to partner with senior executives and MF leadership stakeholders and build buy-in for strategic programs
- Identify and manage interdependencies across project, program, business, and DSA technology needs
- Strong understanding of DSA business strategy
- Experience leading change management and business readiness efforts for large-scale transformations
- Understanding of Deloitte culture, including comprehensive global perspective
- Identify and manage interdependencies across project, program, business and Practitioner technology needs
Technical Skills
- Change Management Methodology
- Business Analyst
- Process improvement and understanding of IT frameworks (Agile, CMMi, Lean, SAFe,);
- Talent management
- Experience of working with content management systems and relevant teams
Education
Engineering/ MBA, ICWA or CA with 15+ years of experience as relationship manager, change manager or business analyst
