Work you’ll do:
Deloitte, annually, does multiple big ticket, exclusive, standalone, and closed-door Events, to enhance brand visibility, maintain and build new client connects, and generate leads from these events that could be converted into business wins. In this context, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic process-driven professional, who can manage, track, and monitor the progress of strategies and activities aimed at maximizing revenue from client events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, maintain strict timelines, and monitor the progress of multiple events happening at a time.
  • Ensure that business practices and professionals adhere to the established systems of tracking client opportunities/conversations and each event owner demonstrates ROI for their events.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to event revenue and profitability.
  • Analyse event financial performance, provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Identify whitespaces and gaps to improve overall client experiences from an event.
  • Work closely with the Monetisation team, and other Growth Office functions: Strategic Clients, Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Brand, and Communication teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • Continuously identify and demonstrate opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance revenue generation.

 

Essentials:

  • Total 10-12 years of work experience, with 3-4 years particularly spent in project management/strategy and operations/change management, with a proven track record of project management/driving revenue growth.
  • Successfully managed relationships with senior stakeholders across businesses practices.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills and financial analysis tools.

 

Added advantage if you have:

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of the events industry, market trends, and revenue generation strategies.
  • The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, work on Excel spreadsheets to demonstrate events ROI.
  • The following: Highly motivated, strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Education:

  • MBA/bachelor’s in commerce or Certified Course on Project Management/Strategy and Operations/Change Management from an institution of repute.
