Includes Business Risk Leaders, Service Line Leaders, Business Leaders, RRO Team, Independence and Conflicts Check Teams, other Partners and Professionals. |
Liaises with (Externally): |
Client representatives (including external counsels), Professionals (including Legal) from other firms in the Deloitte network, etc. |

Primary purpose of the role:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial client contracts, master service agreements/documentation, reviewing for risk identification and managing/mitigation, and other legal matters. Drive projects for the RRO team. Supporting other Functions in matters such as clients and markets, etc. |
