Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location: Mumbai  

Ethics Team: Focus on the monitoring and compliances activities of ethics program, analysis of information and preparing reports

Job description:

§ Conducting surveys – rolling out the survey, follow up, analysis of survey; preparing reports; presentation.

§ Monitoring and compliance of the entire program for geographies under India

§ Preparing presentation on the program to be given to governing bodies

§ Analysis of ethics data and preparing reports

§ Awareness of ethics program using innovative methods

Qualification, experience, and competencies required:

§ Master’s degree in human resources / MBA

§ Overall experience 5+ years (preferred experience in PMO role)

§ Excellent drafting and communication skills

§ Proficiency in MS Office tools (excel, word and power point presentation)

§ Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
