The Team

Work you’ll do

 

As a Manager, you employ a "business first" lens and help clients address the evolving needs of their businesses. The Manager is responsible for managing a project end-to-end, and takes responsibility for its successful delivery. Managers are also responsible for overseeing the entire project team. A project may have a number of modules and varying team sizes, depending on the scope of the project.

 

The responsibilities of a manager can include:

 

  • Working with Partners and Clients to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives;
  • Managing project economics 
  • Managing project execution
  • Building the relationship between Monitor Deloitte and the client’s project team
  • Providing professional development opportunities and feedback for team members
  • Communicating analysis, recommendations and status updates in both written and oral communication with internal and client leadership

 

Qualifications

  • A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in thinking through large and complex transformation exercises
  • A base level of knowledge in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership qualities, project management skills, and the ability to mentor
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
