Work you’ll do

 

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

 

Qualifications / Skill

 

As a SuccessFactors project manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors, a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solution. Your job description may include the following:

 

  • Minimum experience of 8 years is required.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering client requirements, resources, and dependencies. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a project team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. 
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for the SuccessFactors implementation. Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. 
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design an optimal solution within the SuccessFactors platform, considering best practices, system capabilities, and customization requirements. 
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee the configuration, integration, and testing activities related to the SuccessFactors implementation. Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure project success. 
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the SuccessFactors system. Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the delivered solution meets client requirements and aligns with industry standards. Perform thorough testing and validation of system functionality.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of project information for future reference.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhanced user experience within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
