Work you’ll do

 

The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a  Consultant within the firm:

 

SAP Operation CM CC Lead Professional should have:

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SAP CC/CM operations team, including setting priorities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the SAP CC/CM systems.
  • Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor system health and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and mentoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Looking for 10+ years’ experience
  • Proven experience in SAP CC/CM operations, with a strong understanding of SAP CC/CM configuration, administration, and monitoring.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge on Ticketing systems and Ticket Dispatching.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive outlook with good team management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with other SAP modules and systems integration.
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed for system maintenance and support.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
