Work you’ll do


The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a  Consultant within the firm:


SAP BRIM Professional should have:

  • Lead the design and development of complex Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone configurations and scripts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architect solutions.
  • Implement best practices for Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone development and data transformation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone with a skill to tune the performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone processes.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools for Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as a developer working with Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone or similar mediation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of mediation concepts, data transformation, and scripting languages.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with telecommunications or other industries requiring mediation of large volumes of data is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certification in relevant technologies or platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
