Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for financial management, forecasting, and budgeting? We're on the hunt for someone who excels in navigating the financial and operational aspects of project/practice management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our projects are financially viable and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Financial Management Expertise: Deep understanding of financial principles to oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Understanding of P&L and Working Capital
• Forecasting & Budgeting Skills: Proven experience in financial forecasting and budget planning to ensure project financial health.
• Backlog Management: Ability to effectively manage project backlogs, ensuring tasks are prioritized and resources are allocated efficiently. Working with Senior Leadership to capture the new opportunities and add them to backlog for future forecast
• Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical skills to dissect financial data, predict trends, and formulate strategies.
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Superior Excel skills for complex financial modeling and data analysis.

Who You Are:

• A visionary with a detail-oriented approach to financial and project management.
• Have at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands on experience in creating these reports based on raw data
• A robust problem-solver who can navigate through complex financial challenges.
• An effective communicator capable of presenting financial data to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Eager to drive success in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Adanced or higher excel skills to help in the analysis and generate quick data views.
• Ability to write macros in excel (Optional)
