Professionals in this Consulting group offer both GTM strategy advisory and transformation services that provide clients with comprehensive solutions to help them better manage the critical business functions.

 

We accomplish this mission through continued development of people in our Consulting Service Line – Digital Customer & Marketing

 

 

Prime responsibilities:

 

As a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for leading a medium sized team providing strategy design, transformation and implementation services to clients. You will be responsible for independently lead the project or workstreams, drive team and mentor junior team members, collaborating team across locations to understand the functional application support to be provided and handling real time issues occurred during delivering service through the application. You will be involved in providing analytical solutions to the client proactively. You would also be responsible for tracking status and collecting metrics for analysis.

 

  • Translate Business goals into strategy roadmaps and implementation designs
  • Experience in GTM/ growth strategy, front-end transformation, sales acceleration, channel transformation (B2C/ B2B/ online etc), market entry and assessment, target operating model with a focus on consumer oriented sectors (Retail, durables, FMCG, industrial B2B2C etc)
  • Help clients in their technology led Business transformation programs from ideation to implementation
  • Conduct research, analyze industry reports and Deloitte resources to create Point Of Views for clients and help Deloitte pursue new business opportunities
  • Assist your service line in eminence building activities by publishing whitepapers and thought papers
  • Develop solutions for client problems through application of personal experience and standard methods and tools

 

 

Eligibility

  • Educational Qualification - MBA
  • Experience Level - 3 to 6 years

 

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

 

  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify team members and quickly ramping up teams for small to medium sized projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Technology's impact on Business and knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Understanding of various industry value chains and the opportunities to leverage technology to improve business
  • End-to-End project delivery experience with ability to develop and maintain documentation of business processes /system enhancements
  • Prior experience in platforms – Project Management (MS Projects), Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI etc.) is preferred
