Job Description:

Role: Restatement Analysts

Location: India (Any)

Experience range: 4 - 10 years

Availability: Immediate – 30 days

Short term: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Support with the interpretation of the impact of the re-segmentation on financial and management reporting processes
• Support with the preparation and review of the restated financial and management reports
• Support with engaging the finance and business stakeholders in relation to re-segmentation exercise particularly collection of required information and review and interpretation of reporting outputs
• Support with assessing the system impacts on financial and management reporting systems and identification of solutions and remediation actions
• Support with other finance activities in relation to the re-segmentation programme as required by Client

Requirements

• Financial Accounting Expertise: Analyse and reinstate financial accounting records and reports of a bank, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with financial standards.
• Finance Operations: Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Financial Statements and Analysis: Prepare and analyse financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights into performance trends.
• MIS Reporting: Develop and deliver timely MIS reports to support operations and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Dashboarding: Design Excel and Power BI dashboards to visualize metrics and automate reporting for efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and update process documentation and SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaboration: Partner with teams to gather financial data, align goals, and support audits and compliance.
