Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Associate to manage and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This role involves leading invoice processing, payment workflows, vendor management, and compliance efforts. As a key team member, you will resolve escalations, mentor junior associates, and drive efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the P2P operations, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, and payment approvals.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Analyze P2P data to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline P2P workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior associates, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in P2P processes or accounts payable operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
