Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Associate to manage and enhance the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This role involves overseeing customer invoicing, cash application, credit management, and collections while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. As a leader, you will mentor team members, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements to optimize cash flow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end O2C operations, including order processing, invoicing, and payment application.
- Manage customer accounts, monitor credit limits, and support collection activities.
- Resolve escalated issues related to billing, disputes, and payments.
- Analyze O2C metrics and generate performance reports to ensure process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.
- Provide training and support to junior team members and lead process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in O2C operations, accounts receivable, or credit management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
