Your work Profile

 

As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Engineering Services Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

As a Saviynt Developer specializing in application onboarding and building custom connectors, you will be a key member of the project team, responsible for driving the successful implementation of identity governance and access management solutions using the Saviynt platform. You will leverage your technical expertise to streamline the onboarding process for applications, automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and develop custom connectors to integrate diverse enterprise systems.

 

  1. You will lead the application onboarding factory, working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, assess application access controls, and configure Saviynt to streamline the onboarding of new applications into Saviynt.
  2. Develop and automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using Saviynt Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM) to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of user access rights across various applications and systems, as well as the efficient deprovisioning of access upon user offboarding.
  3. Design, develop, and implement custom connectors to integrate Saviynt with third-party applications, identity providers, HR systems, and directories, ensuring seamless data synchronization and access governance across the enterprise.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, overseeing the design, development, and testing of custom solutions, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry best practices.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications for application onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.
  6. Integrate Saviynt with existing IT infrastructure, including directories, IAM platforms, and application servers, leveraging standard protocols such as LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs, as well as developing custom integration solutions where necessary.
  7. Create technical documentation, including design documents, installation guides, and user manuals, to support the deployment and maintenance of custom solutions, and provide training to end-users and administrators as needed.
  8. Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of custom connectors and provisioning workflows, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

 

 

Desired qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience working with Saviynt Identity Platform.
  3. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and identity providers using standard protocols and custom connectors. Experience with Saviynt Cloud Connector Framework is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Saviynt certification(s) preferred.

Location and way of Working

  • Base location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Gurugram/Pune
  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs based on client requirement.
