Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Job Overview: We seek a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Work closely with software architects and project managers to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

BTech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals for more than 10 years
Proficiency in Java EE, Springboot, Hibernate, ORM.
Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP).
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Certification in Java programming (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer).
