Your work profile

 

As a Consultant/Senior Coonsultant in our  Emerging ERP Team you’ll build and nurture positive working

relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

 

Role

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project.
  •  Must have a strong D365 Commerce /retail extension development experience
  •  Good knowledge on CRT (Commerce Run Time) and extending features basis customer specific requirement.
  • Good knowledge in C# .net and TypeScript
  • Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Intelligent Order Management (IOM)
  • Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment
  • Maintaining functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft D365 Commerce Retail POS Applications for workflow and reporting.
  • Interacting with Business Analysts to create technical specifications from business functional requirements
  • Writing and executing unit tests, completing platform builds and working with the App Admin team on deployments.
  • Working on integration projects and data migrations, including data transfers from legacy systems
  • Supporting D365 Commerce developed solutions through maintenance, form/dashboard &  workflow customizations, end-user guidance, and level 2/3 production support requests
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Business Process Owners to analyze and design business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into detailed User Stories and corresponding Acceptance Cratering.
  • SQL database knowledge and query writing
  • Travel (if required)

 

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelors /Master’s in computer engineering or relevant

Certification (Preferred):

• D365 Commerce / Retail Certifications a plus

• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operation
