Role Requirement

Job Title: Marketing and Commerce Transformation Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Commerce Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving change and helping businesses optimize their marketing and commerce operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the digital capabilities across marketing & commerce to advise clients on the digital transformation journey
  • Conduct assessments by analyzing industry trends, client’s current digital operations and technology stack to identify gaps and articulate growth opportunities
  • Exhibit pivotal contribution across Strategy Planning and Strategy Execution
  • Adept in performing secondary research and co-relating with the client objectives leveraging data patterns from competitive analysis and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients on Ambition Workshops to discover the art of possible
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the success of transformation efforts
  • Work as techno-functional consultant bridging the gap between business and technology teams`
  • Experience and understanding of marketing and commerce tools / platforms (like Content Management Systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, Order Management, Product Management, Analytics tools, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Journey optimizer, Retail tech etc.)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to develop bold and innovative solutions that differentiate Deloitte with clients.
  • Assist with Business Development activities across the practice in activities such as proposal/solution development. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or an Masters in Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or commerce consulting, with a proven track record of driving successful transformations for clients.
  • Deep understanding of digital across marketing and commerce capabilities.
  • Appreciation of Technology landscape and ability to understand new and emerging technology
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding them towards common objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible value to clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
