Work you’ll do 
As a part of our Risk Advisory team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with 
teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll: 
• Strong experience in consulting/advisory, solution architecting, designing and implementation of 
ITAM processes, policy and governance.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies in Endto-End Asset Management Life Cycle.
• Analyzing & consulting customer’s entitlements for multiple SAM publishers.
• Good to have knowledge of licensing agreements involving software, including Microsoft, IBM, 
and Oracle.
• Providing SAM Analysis & Recommendations.
• Analyze customer's license contracts.
• Analyze customer’s data – Entitlement & Inventory.
• Maintain and update management report on ITAM activities.
• Create and Maintain Process documentation.
• Ability to perform Process Assessment Maturity Model for any ITAM processes.
• Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery 
of ITAM solutions in client environments.
• Thorough knowledge on CMDB, Service Modelling and CI relationships.
• Managing preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports related to asset 
• Strong understanding of Service Integration and Management Techniques.
• ITSM tool experience, as well as Snow, Flexera experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery 
• Solid functional knowledge and expertise on ITIL and IT Service Management platforms.
Risk Advisory

• Prior experience working on RFPs and ability to identify and propose best solutions against the 
client's strategic business objectives and problems statements.
• Account mining and generate opportunities.
• Researching or drafting significant portions of proposals or sales presentations.
Required Skills
• Must have at least 6 yrs. of working experience in ITAM.
• Must have experience with integrations like BMC, Microfocus & ServiceNow tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/ITIL v4.
• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure and end user computing systems.
• Customer/Onshore facing experience.
• Ability to drive process improvements.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
• Keen on detailing and logical reasoning.
• Ability to professionally interact with people of diverse cultures and regions.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects/activities simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• BE/ in Computer Science/IT/ECE
• Professional certifications preferred, including: 
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
o ITIL v3/ITIL v4
